1. Serious buyers only please.
2. Prices are not negotiable.
3. This is a pre order. Therefore, order only if you're willing to wait.
4. Strictly no backouts, cancellations or exchange after submitting order form and payment made to our bank account. Backout buyers will be blacklisted and will not be entertained in the future.
5. Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.
6. We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage during shipping. However, we can assure you that items are posted out in perfect condition.
7. We are also not responsible for the postage delay due to Pos Malaysia's complications.
8. All accessories worn are not included in purchases unless stated otherwise.
9. Colours may vary slightly due to the brightness and contrast of the monitor.
10. Payment is to be made to our bank account before closing date otherwise your orders will not be placed.

* We strongly advice our customers to use Pos Laju or Pos Express. However, if you still insist on Registered Pos, we will not be held responsible if your parcel gets misplaced/missing/stolen etc.
12. Pre-order apparels and shoes will reach within 4-6 weeks from the date we place orders at our supplier whilst pre-order accessories will reach within 1-2 weeks.
13. Cash on delivery (COD) can be arranged within these areas with no extra charges.
